Ho’Oponopomo Los Angeles
Ho’Oponopono is an ancient forgiveness practice that originated in Hawaii. I have used the words many times over the years for various situations, but when I discovered Breathwork, I quickly realized that the two used together make for a powerful healing opportunity!
You see Breathwork opens the heart, peels back the layers of protection, pain, and fear, and allows us to get to the core of who we are; light, love, spirit, ease, and joy. When we practice Breathwork and then repeat the Ho’Oponopono phrases “I Love You”, “Please Forgive Me”, “I’m Sorry” and “Thank You” something magical happens.
The word Ho’Oponopono, loosely translated means “to make right” or “correction.” When we direct these loving words to our self, our inner child, parents, and others that we interact with, the ties that bind us, release, and we are set free from pain, obligation, and any negative patterns.
The teachings of Ho’Oponopono show us that we can take full responsibility for everything in our life. Even the most difficult of situations and the most painful relationships can be examples for us of how we can move from feeling stuck or victimized, to empowered. By saying “I’m Sorry” or “Please Forgive Me” for example, we own our part in the dynamic. Even if we understand that our conscious mind would never have attracted something difficult, perhaps on a soul level, we brought this event or person in so that we could grow and evolve.
By saying “Thank You” we actually find gratitude for the struggle. We understand deeply that challenging times only make us stronger.
Saying “I Love You” to somebody who we resent can be the most difficult. As spiritual people, many of us understand that anger, resentment, and hate isn’t who we truly are. Underneath all of that is only love.
I hope you’ll come out to experience the powerful and healing combination of Breathwork and Ho’Oponopono in Los Angeles. I believe the sessions can be life-changing and heart-opening. If you’re ready to let go and open up to a new chapter of ease and freedom, this is definitely for you!
