You can find Jay teaching at various spiritual centers and studios around Los Angeles. Classes are suitable for everyone. Just wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring yoga mat, blanket and Eye pillow.

Jay will guide you through this unique combination of Pranayama breath, Ho’Oponopono and guided meditation so that you can uncover areas in your physical, emotional and spiritual body where you may be blocked or carrying heavy energy.

This meditation will help you to return to your natural state of self-love, self-forgiveness, and joy. You’ll leave feeling euphoric, relaxed, and filled with compassion for yourself and others!

This is a lie-down meditation and involves deep breath work for the first half.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye cover. Snacks and alkaline water will be provided but feel free to bring food or beverages. There will be an hour lunch break where you can go out to a local restaurant or eat at the location.
